The Fresh Diet is a terrific fresh food delivery service, and I have experience with multiple versions of such services in L.A. The food is great, and as a vegetarian, I feel I have solid options. I love the fact that you can select your food online, like ordering from a menu, and you can manage all your preferences and changes easily online as well. I'd also be remiss if I didn't say: The cheesecake is to die. I select it every single day (all different versions with fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc.), and I swear you'd never know you're going to lose weight eating food like that--but take it from me, you absolutely will! Big fan.
