Ms. Sessario suspended my account without my consent and I sent out the key by priority mail on Wednesday. Unfortunately, it got delivered only on Monday, but a representative just said that the deliveries will resume only on Saturday. I really didn't want to interrupt my diet, and because of how Ms. Sessario handled my situation.
The problem started when I wrote to Ms Sessario that the key for the building is not mechanical but in a form of a scanner and that I requested from a superintendent of a building to make me an extra one. I wrote that meanwhile, the delivery people can ring the apartment number, so either me or my husband could buzz them in the building and so that the bag would be dropped off at the 6th floor by my apartment door, but NOT in a vestibule. Ms. Sessario ignored my request and said that the delivery people will continue dropping the bag off at a vestibule, so it would be accessible to everyone from the street, and even homeless person that it sometimes see by our building. I asked her twice not to do that and said that I didn't mind to be disturbed as long as I made sure the bag would get to me. So my fear came true that the bag wi be taken away by just anyone because it was accessible to anyone by Ms. Sessario carelessness, and superintendent let me see the surveillance cameras and we saw a man taking a bag on there. So after this happened, Ms.Sessario told that they will keep delivering for 3 more days and will be ringing the door bell, and starting Friday my account will be suspended until they recieve the key. The superintendent gave me the key on Tuesday, and I mailed it out on Wednesday by priority mail (and post office worker assured me that it will get there by Friday, perhaps I should also get money back from a post office) and I asked Ms. Sessario to not suspend my account, but have delivery people continue ringing the door bell until they recieve the key that I had already sent out.
