Here's how it works: You choose your meals from the menus on their website, which is very easy to navigate; breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. I like to pick a savory snack and a sweet one for an after dinner dessert. The cheesecakes are delicious. The lunches and dinners are great too: I love the wraps, the fish entr?es and the large variety of vegetable sides and fresh salads.
