My Fisher & Paykel dual-drawer dishwasher had leaked over the circuit board and burned out the motors. After trying several recommended companies, only to be told 'we don't service those models' or 'we're too busy', I phoned Allen & Sons. They were calm and courteous, and sent out out a technician within 2 hours (phoning me 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way). The technician (Tom) was polite, efficient and explained the problem and the cost of repair in a way I could understand. He had the parts in his vehicle, so fitted them straight away - no mess or fuss. Wonderful service in every respect.
