Professional and prompt service 5/8/2012

My Fisher & Paykel dual-drawer dishwasher had leaked over the circuit board and burned out the motors. After trying several recommended companies, only to be told 'we don't service those models' or 'we're too busy', I phoned Allen & Sons. They were calm and courteous, and sent out out a technician within 2 hours (phoning me 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way). The technician (Tom) was polite, efficient and explained the problem and the cost of repair in a way I could understand. He had the parts in his vehicle, so fitted them straight away - no mess or fuss. Wonderful service in every respect. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Customer Service 3/22/2011

Pleased with the service I received with Allen and Sons. I had to call for my m/w repair. I am selling my house and needed it repaired asap. Allen did exactly that. Repaired asap. Technician was great and I even had someone from their office call to follow up on the service which I though was great customer service! more

would have been better if they were on time 12/12/2010

I called for service on my washer. The service was great other than the fact technician had arrived 30 minutes passed the appt. time. I had to call to find out where the technician was. They did apologize and told me he was on his way. more
