Amazing, that's all I can say to describe this diet! I have tried EVERYTHING, and have suffered through about every diet program/book out there. I love good food, and plenty of it, and with Fresh Diet I never, ever feel deprived. I highly recommend this diet to anyone who wants to lose the pounds, or for anyone that just doesn't have the time to put together a high quality, healthy, delicious meal.
