I LOVE The Fresh Diet! I started just about a year ago when I needed to lose some weight. I had gotten into a bad cycle of working late, picking up take-out on the way home and then eating way too much. I got a flyer in the mail for TFD and figured I'd try it. I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, but I was amazed at how good everything was. There is an amazing selection of choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks every day. (I still haven't gotten around to trying everything because I just can't pass up some of my favorities.) The meals are pre-portioned and after a few days of eating "normal" portions, you really aren't hungry. Yes, I lost weight, but I have to say what keeps me coming back (in additon to the yumminess) is the convenience. I do the plan Mon-Fri (generally skip weekends) and it is awesome to know that with my schedule I don't have to worry about shopping, planning meals - or the alternative, eating crap. I love knowing that no matter how late I get home, a healthy, tasty dinner (and dessert!) will be waiting for me. Even if you don't need to lose weight, I highly recommend TFD to any busy professional who could use a litte help eating A LOT better!
