We're a property management company and we used Steamatic for lots of properties. I felt that they could do a better job, but that was only for a few jobs and they take care of it. I'm happy with Steamatic's attitude towards service and they do a good job. They make an effort to work with us. I do recommend them to anybody who asks. I will continue to use Steamatic until I hear bad reviews!
