Steamatic's workers were on time and quick. They did a great job with my carpets as well. They cleaned the carpet so well that they made it look like it did before. The carpet in my teenage boys' room was so dirty in particular, and that was definitely a challenge. I was surprised at how well they cleaned it. They didn't take a long time to clean the carpets. more

Very pleased 3/31/2014

I did not know that Steamatic would move my furniture and they moved it for free. It totally surprised me that they would not charge me for it, even though my son and I had already prepared to move it. They cleaned three carpets in three different rooms. I was happy with the carpets, and if I weren't moving, I would have them clean my carpets again. The two men who cleaned my carpets were very polite, and my daughter and I were very pleased with them. more

Very pleasant and polite. 3/28/2014

I've only used Steamatic once but they're good. They did what they said they'd do, however I do have 2 spots that they did not get completely clean. I'm not going to worry about it though because they're in high traffic areas and didn't effect the service in any way. I'm sure if I called and complained they'd send someone out to take care of it. I spoke to 4 different people and they were all polite and did a good job. more

My experience with Steamatic has left me with a strong, positive impression due to the professionalism and courteous behavior they have displayed. They came promptly on time the day they said they would, worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done and overall I am very satisfied with the results. The came in, did the job and didn't leave me with any questions afterward. An excellent job 2/25/2014

One of the reasons why I used Steamatic was my next door neighbor is affiliated with them. I think his brother owns one of the franchises, so I had them come clean my carpets. They did an excellent job. They made sure the equipment was working properly before they proceeded. There was something caught in the vacuum, so they had to spend some time fixing it. I helped them by getting a coat hanger, and we got it cleared. Everything went well. They did a nice job of cleaning the steps into the garage. I'm very happy with the job they did. They were very courteous. They were very receptive to anything I needed done, such as when I had a stain that was hard or difficult to get out. They did everything possible to treat every area to the best of their ability. more

Easy job 2/21/2014

I never had any problem with Steamatic. I had to clean my carpets countless times in the past and each time it was a great job. I had a customer a while back that needed her carpets cleaned as well and she absolutely loved the job Steamatic did. more

Very courteous 2/14/2014

We've used Steamatic to clean the carpets in our home for three years. They always introduce themselves when they come in and sometimes they do more than I expect them to, like cleaning a throw rug and not charging for it. Steamatic is always prompt and do a good job. I am very satisfied. more

A great experience! 2/12/2014

Steamatic provided service at my mother and father in-law's home. Two gentlemen did the work, and they were very professional and friendly. They were timely. They told me how long to expect the work to take, and that's what it was. They didn't make a mess in the house, and they did a great job! more

I would give Steamatic six stars if I could. These guys have a great attitude. They answered all of our stupid questions. They did a beautiful job. They got all of the dog vomit and urine out. Our carpet is eight or nine years old and now it looks brand new. Everything was perfect! more

Great Job 1/24/2014

Steamatic has cleaned the carpets at the theater before, though I wish I could have caught them before they left so as to get an evaluation of how dirty the carpets were prior to their cleaning. Next time they come I will definitely make sure to stop them and see what they think. But overall the entire effort was great. more

Top Notch Service & Quality 1/23/2014

Steamatic went above and beyond to get my rug ready for resell. They cared for the rug as if it were their own even though I assured them I didn't need perfection. I don't think they settle for less. From the pickup , cleaning and through to drop-off, the service was professional and quality was top notch. Thank you for making my life a little easier Steamatic! I would definitely recommend this company to a friend. more

Friendly and Prompt! 1/23/2014

I have used Steamatic a number of time to clean my tile and area rugs. I have to have my area rugs cleaned often because I have two dogs. They are so friendly, prompt and are always careful to let my dogs in or out. My rugs and tile always looks beautiful afterward. more

Steamatic is very good! They cleaned one big room for me. There was no furniture in the room because I'm moving from that home, and I wanted the carpet cleaned. They worked on the carpet until it looked really good. I was really pleased with the effort they put forward. If you're thinking of using them, you surely ought to give them a try! Quality work at a good price. 1/16/2014

I was referred to Steamatic by my realtor. They came out to my house to do a steam cleaning of my carpets and also of the stairs going down from my house to my garage. I think they did an excellent job, and I was satisfied with the work. It took them about an hour and a half to complete everything. They did a really good job. It was quality work at a good price. I would recommend their services. more
