I have been using Bell Brothers for the past year and a half. I joined their VIP program and they come out twice a year and service my heating & A/C units. This time out Brent Gomez came out. He was very knowlegeable, polite and courteous. I had a scheduled appointment and Brent showed up on time. I received a call from the office telling me when Brent was on his way. Brent conducted the routine service in a timely manner and I am off to a summer without A/C problems.\r

Every time anyone from the company has come out they are ALL professional, clean and respectful. This is a great quality to have in any employees. It is nice to have a company with great employees.\r

It is nice to see a company in todays time that is all about customer service. You guys are hitting it out of the park. Keep up the good work.
