Steve B. just completed servicing my air conditioner and did a marvelous job. Steve was very pleasant and competent. He discovered a leaking part and luckily had a replacement on his truck. He explained the problem, showed me the defective part, and completed the repair at my request. I was a very satisfied customer. more

Ian just finished an overall inspection of our HVAC system. We had been so pleased with Bell Brothers that we signed an annual service contract with them, and this was their 2nd annual checkup. Dec.13,2012\r Leroy was my technition and he was very courteous, efficient and helpful. While performing my service, he discovered why I heard a loud noise when my system went on, and he explained the problem and even fixed it for me. No noise now. He also discussed other things that I didn't know about (my thermostat settings, the cleaning of my filters and etc.) He is an excellent technition and Bell Bros. is lucky to have him on their team. Very professional. I am very happy. more
