My daughter is being seen for mild acne. We made an appointment to get new refills on the prescription creams she likes. They got us in right way. We arrived basically on time completed our paperwork update and sat for an hour before they called us back. The nurse left us in the room and after 20 minutes of additional waiting I asked ""what's the hold-up?"" The nurse said the Dr. was in surgery and it would be awhile. After another 15 minutes she came in and told us my daughter's chart had been misplaced and the Dr thought we were a no-show. Then the nurse started blaming a computer glitch. I blame all this unncessary waiting on the office staff and the office manager. This office seems unreasonably inattentive to the time schedules of patients; I heard other patients complaining about long wait times. Patient time is as important as the doctors'.
