had emergency abdominal surgery. (SURGEON WAS GREAT ). Was on surgery ward for 8 days. Nurses were rude for the most part, uncaring, place was NOT CLEAN. Overheard conversation between housekeeper and her supervisor about finding needle boxes on the floors and unsanitary practices. Nurses were not knowledgeable about even basic care and routine procedures and the overnight staff was too busy telling dirty stories in the hallway to come check patients,
I have been in several hospitals but this was the worst I have ever experienced. NASTY! Avoid this place at all. costs! Wish I could take off the one star and give them several negatives!
