Watch yer back! Here is how they operate: The price on the rear view mirror is what they intend to get from you. They will negotiate, do the back and forth, offer and counteroffer stuff, and will settle on a price with you that is $500 less than the price on the rear view mirror.
Once you have agreed on that price, they will add a $500 ""dealer fee."" There is no such thing. They made it up.
