Have always had amazingly good service at Mile High, purchased our 2010 Acura TSX @ Mile High from Matt the guy that has been at MH since he was 12 or something like that, & have not needed many repairs ont the TSX (hey it's an Acura!), but when service or warranty work is needed they are super helpful, courteous,& professional. Like doing business here. more

I gave her a run for her money and she was extremely helpful. She did a great job explaining the car to me and my wife. Watch yer back! Here is how they operate: The price on the rear view mirror is what they intend to get from you. They will negotiate, do the back and forth, offer and counteroffer stuff, and will settle on a price with you that is $500 less than the price on the rear view mirror. Once you have agreed on that price, they will add a $500 ""dealer fee."" There is no such thing. They made it up. We walked, suggest you don't even go that far with them. Avoid. more

RIP OFF SERVICE DEPARTMEN 7/15/2011

Do not take your car here to be serviced. You will find yourself like me being OVERCHARGED for scheduled maintance. Paid 100.00 to have rear fluid changed on Honda CRV. Something that took all of 5 min to do and fluid that only cost 25.00. GO TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALER!!! more

Never again 9/24/2010

Paid 50K for a new 2010 Acura MDX. Good thing it's such a great car and didn't need a sales person to convince me to buy it. Steve--don't call a woman you don't know ""Hon""--it makes a statement right then and there and Matt, don't tell me the roof rack and mat were at cost--the internet proved you wrong. Typical salesmen. Thank goodness I have the local Planet Honda to bring my car to....or Flatirons Acura.... more

Dear Mile High Acura,\r \r I am writing this e-mail as I would like to express my special thanks to Randy, one of your sales person. It was so lucky for me to meet such a sincere and nice sales person like Randy at your dealer shop in last May. Since my company sent me to this town as new branch manager, I did not have enough time to build credit score to be qualified to get financing but, I needed to buy a car and I had visited several different dealers around last May.\r \r Every sales person I met did not pay much attention to me telling me that the first thing I need to do was building my credit score if I need financing. One T car dealer told me that I was a ghost and he said I was not able to buy any car at his shop even I would like to pay 20% apr. Another I car dealer just told me that there were no other option for me to buy his car paying 100% cash. Horrible service, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8/23/2007

I'd be ashamed to ever have my name associated with this dealership. Brought in a car for a clutch and 12mos and 9000 miles later they wouldn't stand by thier service or product. Have heard from various other people horror stories as to the same lack of service. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice and shame on me. Congratultions Mile High you took me and bent me over, but you'll never see another dime or get a kind word from me. more
