If you suffer a hard drive failure or RAID failure, you may find yourself reaching out to this company. One of the hard drives in my RAID array failed and I lost a lot of precious data. After some diligence, I decided to use the services of Secure Data Recovery.\r

They seem to be operated out of Ohio and Los Angeles (AKA, Worldwide Acceptance Group and many other d/b/a's), but apparently have agreements with office suites across the country to act as drop points ... don't expect to walk in and talk to the tech working on your hard drive.\r

You are assigned a customer service rep that acts as your main point of contact. It sounds like a VOIP call-forwarding phone system, but my rep answered most of the time (no voice mail ... so email may be your best bet). Not sure if this service is provided domestically or out-sourced.\r
