Great one stop shopping, especially for nice watches. Because they both buy and sell watches they can also do trade-ins. Not many places will let you upgrade an older watch. They have watchmakers that work in the back so you can get repairs done. From the outside I never would have guessed that they do way more than just sell jewelery like their name suggests. There is a huge range of stuff they do including make custom jewelery. They also buy gold and art. The saleswoman was very friendly. There is a whole wall of full of degrees, but just talking to them I can tell they really know their stuff. I much prefer dealing with people that can answer my questions and give me advice, not just sell me stuff.
