While the receptionist/clerk is an extraordinarily nice person, the owner/groomer is a wench of epic proporitions. Within seconds it's easy to tell why she works with animals and not people. Customer service is terrible. Her miserable attitude features chronic interruption, self-righteous indignation, and condescension. Pet grooming average and unwilling to work with difficult pets where the mainstream shops and chain stores are willing to do so.\r

This business is not long for this world and I encourage potential first-timers to look elsewhere.
