I had my GMC Denali repaired there in March of 2012, As part of the repair they needed to replace the instrument cluster which was done as warranty by GM. Randy Marion replaced the cluster prior to getting the OK from GM. Upon pick up I was asked to pay the full amount of the repair including to cost of the cluster with the assurance that it would just take a ""couple of day's"" to be reimbursed. As of today I have yet to see the money. I was given every excuse for the problem from ""The accounting person has been sick"" to ""We are busy closing out the month"" If this is the way they treat customers it is no wonder GM needed the bailout. Beware of this dealership!!!!!
