Our Murano broke down in downtown Atlanta on the way to Florida. A flatbed towtruck dropped us at Nally, Within 30 minutes Sam had our car through diagnosis, with a report that 3 valves in our transmission had leaking seals. He had already ordered a replacement transmission. When he learned we were on our way to Florida, with a return scheduled the next Wednesday, he loaned us *no charge* a 2012 Altima with only 600 miles on it, all covered under warranty. Our Murano was ready for us when we returned Wednesday afternoon, and we were back on the road with just 3 signatures. Great service, Sam and company.
