My Altima had an engine light come on so I brought it in for service and saw stephen. He told me that since my vehicle will take an hour or 2 to diagnos he gave me a rental and told me he would call me with an update. One and half hour later he tells me that I needed a gas cap out of all thing. I asked him since the cost is not that much to fix the car am I going to have to pay for the rental he said "of couse not" I was releaved. I am very happy with this dealership. I feel that they really care about me and my vehicle. Will back for sure! more

Here is a complete review about Nalley Used Cars (Decatur, GA):\r \r Since I was about to start a new job I definitely needed to buy a car. My mom suggested me to go to Nalley Nissan located at 1625 Church St., Decatur (GA). I was online checking the reviews on this dealership and thought that I was about to purchase a great car. From the first day I bought my car from them it has been a continuos agony. \r \r First month:\r \r I bought the car from the dealership without headlights, engine check light ABS light and a problem with the OBD port from the first day that I bought the car. I really needed the car and wasn't told about this problem until they ran my credit five times and after signing the papers for the ""Deal."" I went home hoping that it was going to be the only problem with this car. Unfortunately it was not. After a few weeks while driving a wheel fell off of my car. The lugs and the nuts were stripped because whoever was checking the car at the dealer did not put the wheels back on the car correctly. Luckily it happened on Ponce de Leon Ave. so I was not killed and I called AAA to ask them to take the car back to the dealer. The day I brought the car back there was also a suspension problem so I had to leave the car with them for those two major issues. I was promised that I was going to get my car back the day after but the dealer made me walk over to them a few times always stating that they did not have the car back. I was going to bring the car back to them before the end of the month but they (I guess purposely) gave me back the car when the month was over. Since when I bought the car it also has a ABS light that comes on whenever I reach around 70 miles per hour on the highway.\r BTW by car's cruise control never worked since when I bought it.\r \r I week later I receive a voicemail that my car was now fixed and ready to be picked up.\r \r Second month:\r \r My breaks were already bad so I had to get them changed at AAA. I was ""lucky"" that the breaks were bad because when they were trying to take off the back tires the repair shop noticed that both wheels had 2 stripped lugs. That day to make sure that I was going to be safe I decide changing wheels, lugs and lug nuts to not risk my life again.\r \r .......\r \r Since when I bought this car I always found problems with it so I was wondering what was going to be the next challenge.\r \r The next challenge? My clutch went out leaving me stranded in the country sleeping on the sidewalk for five days to have my clutch replaced. Clutch replaced, master and slave cylinder replaced and more.\r \r I brought the car then to Atlanta to change another piece to the car.\r \r I am at less then four months from when I bought this car and have over $4000 in receipts going to repairs.\r \r The transmission now has to be rebuilt, the radiator is giving clicking sound problems, the steering wheel shakes on its own when there is a little bumpy road, the car makes a weird noise when on and on neutral.\r \r This is my TERRIBLE experience with this dealership.\r \r Now I am with a car in terrible conditions risking my life everyday and a terrible headache. I will try to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection and tonight I will also file a police report with the Dekalb County Police for the life threatening things that happened to me. I have so many receipts and so many comments from AAA on everything that happened to the car.\r \r If anyone has extra info on how to help me contact people that will make this dealership work like they are supposed to please contact me. more

Buying Was A Breeze 4/17/2012

Bought a new 2012 Altima from Marvin Allen at Nalley Nissan. The experience was straightforward and efficient AND I got a great car at a great price. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and courteous. I had put off buying a car because my last experience was unpleasant. There is no reason to delay. Nalley Nissan is the place to go and Marvin Allen is the man. more

Great Service for travellers 4/4/2012

Our Murano broke down in downtown Atlanta on the way to Florida. A flatbed towtruck dropped us at Nally, Within 30 minutes Sam had our car through diagnosis, with a report that 3 valves in our transmission had leaking seals. He had already ordered a replacement transmission. When he learned we were on our way to Florida, with a return scheduled the next Wednesday, he loaned us *no charge* a 2012 Altima with only 600 miles on it, all covered under warranty. Our Murano was ready for us when we returned Wednesday afternoon, and we were back on the road with just 3 signatures. Great service, Sam and company. more

Terrible Service Department! 7/16/2011

This dealership is close to my house. Despite that, I never like to bring my car here because I always get some kind of hassle when I try to get some warranty work done, and I believe it is rooted in the fact that I did not buy the car here. When my car popped a tire on the road, I had it towed there because of its proximity to my home. I told them that the highway emergency vehicles couldn more

Buy Here! 12/18/2009

I can't see how this dealership got bad reviews from two others. My husband and I had been on a stressful, anger-inducing car buying odyssey for weeks. We had been to 3 Nissan Dealerships and Carmax. We were ready to buy at each, but each time they either had misadvertised their product, no longer had their advertised product, or would not sell for the advertised price (true story: see my review of Gwinnett Place Nissan). Carmax just couldn't get the right vehicle for us. When we went to Nalley it was just to satisfy my husband. By then I was ""OVER"" car shopping. But we loved the Xterra SE and it had every option I could want, so my husband convinced me to go inside. Not only were the negotiations reasonable so that we felt we were getting value for money, but they were able to beat the VERY low interest rate that my credit union was offering. The whole transaction was very painless and pleasant and my blood pressure did not spike even once! I love my new car, I love the fair price we paid, and I loved that Nalley didn't try to play all sorts or crazy add-on games. It was straightforward and professional & even chummy (but not in an entirely fake way!!). I think the sales manager was Roman and the girl in finance was Rachel. Great experience!!! Seriously, go here and avoid the landsharks at the other dealerships! Pros: Imagine a car sales staff that doesn't lie or seem shady! more

Stay away from Nalley Nissan 11/19/2009

Great dealers in the sense of tricking people for their own profit. We were new in town and needed a car - absolutely agree with one of the previous reviews - every psychological trick has been used on us, but we were too tired and in need of a vehicle and didn't trust our intuition. They sold us a car supposedly ""in good condition, with no safety issues"" and were overly friendly until we payed. Three days later the inspection at an independent garage showed that the car was ready to fall apart, had major oil leaks which were camouflaged by patches on the engine (!!!). When we called Nalley Nissan their answer was: ""oil leaks are not a safety issue, and you didn't expect to get a good car for that price?"" - we payed over 4000 USD for the car. Nalley Nissan are extremely good crooks in a sense that they see customers as a good source of profit without any sense of shame or professional dignity. We filed a claim against them. Stay away from that place. more

Service Customer Beware 6/2/2009

I went to Nalley Nissan for an oil change. I asked three times to make sure my fluids were topped off since I was going on a road trip. I get my car back and the fluids were not topped off. My coolant, raditator, steering and windsheild washer fluid were all low. It made me wonder if they even changed my oil...I spoke to person in charge of the service department and he said we all make mistakes. A mistake is forgetting to top off one or two fluids, not all of them... Pros: Hours Cons: Poor Service more
