Here is a complete review about Nalley Used Cars (Decatur, GA):\r
\r
Since I was about to start a new job I definitely needed to buy a car. My mom suggested me to go to Nalley Nissan located at 1625 Church St., Decatur (GA). I was online checking the reviews on this dealership and thought that I was about to purchase a great car. From the first day I bought my car from them it has been a continuos agony. \r
\r
First month:\r
\r
I bought the car from the dealership without headlights, engine check light ABS light and a problem with the OBD port from the first day that I bought the car. I really needed the car and wasn't told about this problem until they ran my credit five times and after signing the papers for the ""Deal."" I went home hoping that it was going to be the only problem with this car. Unfortunately it was not. After a few weeks while driving a wheel fell off of my car. The lugs and the nuts were stripped because whoever was checking the car at the dealer did not put the wheels back on the car correctly. Luckily it happened on Ponce de Leon Ave. so I was not killed and I called AAA to ask them to take the car back to the dealer. The day I brought the car back there was also a suspension problem so I had to leave the car with them for those two major issues. I was promised that I was going to get my car back the day after but the dealer made me walk over to them a few times always stating that they did not have the car back. I was going to bring the car back to them before the end of the month but they (I guess purposely) gave me back the car when the month was over. Since when I bought the car it also has a ABS light that comes on whenever I reach around 70 miles per hour on the highway.\r
BTW by car's cruise control never worked since when I bought it.\r
\r
I week later I receive a voicemail that my car was now fixed and ready to be picked up.\r
\r
Second month:\r
\r
My breaks were already bad so I had to get them changed at AAA. I was ""lucky"" that the breaks were bad because when they were trying to take off the back tires the repair shop noticed that both wheels had 2 stripped lugs. That day to make sure that I was going to be safe I decide changing wheels, lugs and lug nuts to not risk my life again.\r
\r
.......\r
\r
Since when I bought this car I always found problems with it so I was wondering what was going to be the next challenge.\r
\r
The next challenge? My clutch went out leaving me stranded in the country sleeping on the sidewalk for five days to have my clutch replaced. Clutch replaced, master and slave cylinder replaced and more.\r
\r
I brought the car then to Atlanta to change another piece to the car.\r
\r
I am at less then four months from when I bought this car and have over $4000 in receipts going to repairs.\r
\r
The transmission now has to be rebuilt, the radiator is giving clicking sound problems, the steering wheel shakes on its own when there is a little bumpy road, the car makes a weird noise when on and on neutral.\r
\r
This is my TERRIBLE experience with this dealership.\r
\r
Now I am with a car in terrible conditions risking my life everyday and a terrible headache. I will try to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection and tonight I will also file a police report with the Dekalb County Police for the life threatening things that happened to me. I have so many receipts and so many comments from AAA on everything that happened to the car.\r
\r
If anyone has extra info on how to help me contact people that will make this dealership work like they are supposed to please contact me.
