The customer service is really bad i should have looked on rippoff or here before moving in 1 year ago . They want all your money and are willing to go to court just to make you pay tons of fees they will come into your house without notice They knew the owners wanted to sell this house before we moved here but found out from the realitor of remax by him putting a sign out front they were selling . So we deal with constant showings and find out they are not only selling but are still trying to rent it out untill they sell.They wont tell you that their doing that either . . So we get a 30 day notice just because they want us out i guess were causing to many problems for them as we wont let anything slide anymore we take tabs on everythings now record each and every time someone comes in . and wont always be gone when they wanna show because i homeschool during the day . The maintance are horrible rich is unbearble to deal with hes so mean to us for no reason at all . The owner is the meanest person ive ever dealt with . The reason the owners are in a bad place is because these so called pmp people run everyone out with their attitudes . And let any old body move in they dont really check background or credit as for us the owners got lucky because we actually took very good care of the property and they always got rent every month . I wouldnt recommend moving to a pmp property or letting them rent your property .
