The customer service is really bad i should have looked on rippoff or here before moving in 1 year ago . They want all your money and are willing to go to court just to make you pay tons of fees they will come into your house without notice They knew the owners wanted to sell this house before we moved here but found out from the realitor of remax by him putting a sign out front they were selling . So we deal with constant showings and find out they are not only selling but are still trying to rent it out untill they sell.They wont tell you that their doing that either . . So we get a 30 day notice just because they want us out i guess were causing to many problems for them as we wont let anything slide anymore we take tabs on everythings now record each and every time someone comes in . and wont always be gone when they wanna show because i homeschool during the day . The maintance are horrible rich is unbearble to deal with hes so mean to us for no reason at all . The owner is the meanest person ive ever dealt with . The reason the owners are in a bad place is because these so called pmp people run everyone out with their attitudes . And let any old body move in they dont really check background or credit as for us the owners got lucky because we actually took very good care of the property and they always got rent every month . I wouldnt recommend moving to a pmp property or letting them rent your property . more

I have gone to look at several houses through PMP over the last few weeks. Each time I'm surprised at how the Realtors are dressed--in sweat pants, or a biker's leather jacket, always with gaudy make-up and unkempt hair. One woman in particular, who we've set up appointments with three times, never seems happy to see me or my housemates. Once we get inside, she just sulks in a corner and only offers a contemptuous smile when we look at her. She never shows us around or explains anything about the house. I seriously wonder where PMP hires these people! A friend of mine has been renting from PMP and also has nothing good to say of them. So, at the end, they're horrible when you're looking for a home and then horrible when you rent from them. Avoid PMP if you can. more

My husband and I own a rental property in Longmont and we hired PMP as our property managers. BIG MISTAKE!!! They let our house get completely trashed by the renters--they were even parking on the front lawn. You would think PMP would at least notice this since their offices are right down the street. Anytime we tried to reach PMP, our phone calls were not returned. All they care about is getting your money. more

As a career residential renter (15 years and 10 addresses!), I have to say I was very impressed with how Chelsea & Bradford (C&B) does business. I made a trip to Longmont, CO from California to find a rental for my family and I was very happy to find C&B. Their representative definitely eased my long-distance house hunting trip. She was thorough and friendly- asking which things matter most for our future home and then coming through with options matched to my family. Although the company manages hundreds of properties, Lisa only suggested homes matching what my family needs. In the past, property managers have pushed anything and everything they had in order to get a lease signed- but Lisa actually listened to me and I'm impressed. She was also very detail oriented- she didn't overlook any problems (however minor they may be- nail holes, etc.) at the property, assuring they would be attended to. I also appreciate the fact they are on call 24/7 (not all prop. mgrs. are!). I hope I am able to rent from them because they are pleasant and professional. Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable, and they listen to you! Cons: none!! more
