So I had a courteous and friendly driver, opened the door, interpersonal, all the good stuff. At the end of the trip when it was time to pay (new to me cuz I always prepaid for all my limo expeditions), the driver informs me that I am being charged the 1/2 hour from the company to my house, and the 1/2 hour from my house back to the limo company. I made the reservation with a live person over the telephone, and this extra charge was never disclosed(thank god he didnt have a cup of coffee or a cuban cigar during the trip). Gotta divulge this information guys. Couldnt wait to come home and give a good review, till I was hit with unethical billing. It's like they gave me some money to hold, and knew I had the extra hour in my pocket. Customer service starts at first contact, that includes communication of all charges, not just the ones u feel I will get stuck with, cuz the night is over and u have me by the balls. Please change this practice!
