This place treats you like you're ordering a 99c burger in a drive through. They don't acknowledge you, they treat you like crap and they have fast turn around times because they do shoddy work and probably take on way more than they can handle.
Here is my experience:
This is the single worst customer service that I've ever experienced from a taylor. The owner and the manager were both rude to the point where I walked out the store. I paid $93 for 2 suits to be fitted and after finding the pants were 2 completely different lengths and some of the work wasn't even done I needed further changes made to 3 out of the 4 pieces. What did they do? Charged me an extra $27. What a joke.
The manager just didn't seem to care in the slightest and just ignored me. The owner was down right rude even in front of other customers in the store.
