Similar to the other review I had nearly the same problem with my parts being delivered or refund granted. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order, and after sending requests for an order status update every two weeks after the expected delivery date, I would sometimes receive no response or a vague response with no detail. After I requested an order cancellation it took another month of waiting until I lost patience and filed a dispute with my credit card. Luckly the credit card company immediately refunded my money and interest and from what I learned collected back from turftractor. In summary, a terrible experience, and a terrible business.
