My car was towed here on a Sunday night. I came to pick it up Monday morning when it opened and I was told the bill was $220. 150 for the tow and 35 each calendar day. When I asked them how could they charge me for a day that they aren't open they just said Its just our policy. I asked to speak to the manager and he came in very rude and said again its 220 thats our policy. I paid the 220 to get my car and as I was driving home I hear a loud rumbling noise coming from underneath that was not like that when they towed it. So when I get home I call this ""Manager"" and tell him what I hear. He says so. I asked if his company hold any responsibility and his says no I heard you struts when I drove it in and your car was flat bedded. So I looked under the car and there are multiple scrapes (probably from them driving up onto the flatbed) This is not their last tie hearing from me!
