Coy's Towing Svc

My car was towed here on a Sunday night. I came to pick it up Monday morning when it opened and I was told the bill was $220. 150 for the tow and 35 each calendar day. When I asked them how could they charge me for a day that they aren't open they just said Its just our policy. I asked to speak to the manager and he came in very rude and said again its 220 thats our policy. I paid the 220 to get my car and as I was driving home I hear a loud rumbling noise coming from underneath that was not like that when they towed it. So when I get home I call this ""Manager"" and tell him what I hear. He says so. I asked if his company hold any responsibility and his says no I heard you struts when I drove it in and your car was flat bedded. So I looked under the car and there are multiple scrapes (probably from them driving up onto the flatbed) This is not their last tie hearing from me! more

had to use the towing service and had several items taken from the vehicle totaling more than 500 dollars when i question it with the owner i was rudely greeted and was informed that they are not responsible for there employees actions . The 1 thing that bothered me the most and why im writing this is they took my grandsons baby formula which was just purchased .i will let you draw your own conclusion as to what type of person would do this cowardly act.
