My husband had an eye exam and ordered glasses. The condition of his eyes was never discussed. When he ordered the glasses, they just said initial here and here and sign here. They never explained that there were no refunds. When he got the glasses, he was seeing double of everything. Upon returning to the eye dr., he found out that thats the best they could do with his particular prescription. When we asked for a refund, we were told that he initialed were it says no refunds on the form. He could not see what he was signing and nothing was explained. What a RIPOFF !!!! The girls in the office were RUDE and unconcerned about the over $300 we wasted !!!
