In 1997, I had the misfortune of having my upstairs bathroom line burst while on vacation! I came home to a complete nightmare to say the least. I found Millan’s Restoration in the yellow pages and must admit, was hesitant to utilize their services because they were fairly new. Juan assured me everything would be okay and not to worry because Millan’s would handle the situation from start to finish. Since day 1, Millan’s proved to be a trustworthy company particularly attentive to detail. They extracted all water, packed out all my belongings and began the repairs quicker than I imagined. My two story home was back to normal in less than two months! Unfortunately, I had a second water damage in a different area of my house recently, and would you care to guess who I called? Millan’s of course! They once again proved to be an outstanding company caring of my needs. They worked with me to get me and my family back into our house and provided me with excellent workmanship and customer service. They truly are a great company that knows the importance and value of customer satisfaction.
