Millan’s Restoration is a great company that really cared about my best interests. They came in to remove water from my entire upstairs , removed all furniture and everything that was wet. Millan’s office staff emphasized on how customer satisfaction is their number one priority, and guess what? They really do everything in their power to go over and beyond. They gave me boxes to put away things that I would need while being re-located, provided me with copies of their inventory so that I knew exactly where my things were at, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The end product by the way turned out fabulous. They worked with my insurance to make sure I received everything owed to my home. The workmanship is great- I now have a completely remodeled kitchen and I’m absolutely happy with my new home. What first seemed like a tragedy turned out to be a blessing. Thank you Millan’s. more

Millan’s Restoration is a great company! My house had a flood 2 months ago- my entire 2nd floor flooded down into my basement. I’m glad I called Millan’s because their service left me in such a shock. They responded so quickly and were so professional. The guys that came over were very friendly and took care of everything -they walked me through the entire process from drying my house down to dealing with the insurance company. A week and a half ago I had a small flood in my bathroom and it went out to my living room and hallway. My carpet was soaked and the tile had broken from the wood warping under it. I looked up water damage on Google and found Millan’s Restoration at 1030pm. They were in my house within the hour working to prevent further damage. The crew was really nice and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I got to see how they did everything so quickly. They moved all my furniture and took care of all my belongings; they ripped up all the waste in my house and got rid of the smell right away. That was about a week ago and now everything is good in my house. I was very impressed with their service so I just had to let somebody know about this. Highly recommend their services! more

I always smelled something in my bathroom but I thought nothing of it until I started getting allergies. My friend told me that it was mold and sure enough, we saw it under the sink. I called Millan’s for a FREE inspection; they came over, inspected and provided a report of the findings. Knowing now the health issues related to mold, I decided to hire Millan’s. They worked with me and gave me an excellent deal since I have no mold coverage and the expense was out of pocket. They sealed up the room and came back the next day to remove it. I didn’t know that mold was such a big deal until I saw their abatement process- full body suits, breathing masks, and the whole deal. Well long story short they came over and totally re-did my bathroom because the mold had spread under the sink into the walls and behind the shower tile. I’m happy with my new bathroom and extremely satisfied with Millan’s because they definatly took care of my health! more

Millan’s exceeded my standards! I had heard horrific stories from friends about the process a flood entailed. Thanks to Millan’s, the entire process was as smooth as upgrading my bathroom! They came to my home, extracted water, set up equipment, packed my belongings and put it all back together! Easy as that! In 1997, I had the misfortune of having my upstairs bathroom line burst while on vacation! I came home to a complete nightmare to say the least. I found Millan’s Restoration in the yellow pages and must admit, was hesitant to utilize their services because they were fairly new. Juan assured me everything would be okay and not to worry because Millan’s would handle the situation from start to finish. Since day 1, Millan’s proved to be a trustworthy company particularly attentive to detail. They extracted all water, packed out all my belongings and began the repairs quicker than I imagined. My two story home was back to normal in less than two months! Unfortunately, I had a second water damage in a different area of my house recently, and would you care to guess who I called? Millan’s of course! They once again proved to be an outstanding company caring of my needs. They worked with me to get me and my family back into our house and provided me with excellent workmanship and customer service. They truly are a great company that knows the importance and value of customer satisfaction. One would never imagine that undergoing a water damage would be as chaotic as it truly is. My insurance company provided me with their preferred vendor Servpro. Well, this was a disaster to say the least. They (Servpro) cut corners because after all, they’re in business to reduce costs to their client (insurance company). After dealing with them briefly, I hired Millan’s Restoration which was referred to me by a friend- said they did custom cabinet work for him and was TRULY SATISFIED with both workmanship and customer care. Millan’s definitely lived up to their name! They provided excellent service, the crew was respectful and knowledgeable, and I was back at home in no time! I highly recommend Millan’s for their excellent customer care, workmanship and ability to get the job DONE! more

They are UNTRUSTWORTHY and they don't try to communicate with their customers. The Owner Juan and the office manager Alex are sneaky and are "never" available or in the office. Why have an office manager who is "never" in the office. PLEASE do not even attempt getting an estimate from these people, unless you want to be ripped off. more

Wow you were SO right. Millan's Restoration is seriously a joke! Not only do they OVERcharge, but the company's work is low class something my 10 year old son can complete with his eyes closed. Not only was the service bad, but the employees were dirty and were not uniformed. They ate on my front lawn and left their trash EVERYWHERE. They were disgusting. Not to Mention the Owner Juan, (or so thats how he introduced himself) was nice at first but after i asked him for a couple more things to be fixed on my house (since nothing looked like it was being done), he then claimed that he was in fact NOT the owner and had no responsibilities for the lack of work performed. Then when I called the office, the so called ""Office Manager,"" named Alex was very disrespectful and just plain rude. If you want a professional company working on your house I suggest NOT using Millan's. They are the total Opposite of Professional. Low class. Gross. Every time I called the office the phone went straight to the answering service. I had to wait up to weeks at a time just to get a call back. The office is very small with only 7 workers in the whole company (Including the owner, office manager, 2 estimators, and their whole crew of Technicians). Most of which are not even eligible to work in the USA... This company is: -Unreliable -dishonest -rude UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. more

I used this company because I was in an emergency situation and read the reviews. Well it is obvious that they write their own reviews. We had water damage to our house and they promised to take care of the problem by stopping the water, never happened, did very little and charged us over 1200.00 for ripping out floor, putting tape on a wall and sticking fans in a room. Please do not use this company. Total rip off. We plan on taking the bill to the better business bureau even though the insurance is covering it. I hate dishonest people who take advantage of you! I would give them zero stars if i could. more

Millan's really came through for my family when we needed help fast. We had a pipe burst at 2am in our basement. Our basement was filling with water at the rate of 5 inches an hour. I called Millan's as soon as I saw my flooded basement. The person who answered the phone assured me that they would have a crew to my house within 40 minutes. Amazedly they arrived in 35 min!! I was extremely impressed how fast they arrived. I needed a ton of water removed from my flooded basement. They handled everything like pros. It was a pleasure working with the technicians. The basement had water damage everywhere. This was truly a horrible situation however; Millan’s made the entire process seem seamless. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge in water damage, drying my flooded basement and restoring my it back to the way it was. After a couple of days they came back to repair all the water damage and begin the restoration process. It turned into quite an extensive water damage restoration job. Millan's really made me feel as if they cared about me and my flooded home. They understood what I was going through and helped me through it every step of the way, even through the insurance claims process. The A/C unit in my attic froze and busted a pipe send gallons of water pouring through the drywall ceiling in my son's room. They removed the water, dried everything out, and quickly restored my property to the way it was before the emergency. As an insurance agent, I have worked with Millan's in the past as a representative of State Farm and have heard great things about them. But after having a flood in my home due to excessive rain which caused excessive water damage, I had the unfortunate opportunity to be a customer. I now know why Millan's is one of the most successful water damage companies in my area, they truly care and are just utmost professionals. Having water damage in your home is not something you would expect to come home to. But coming home to a flooded living room from my washing machine pipe was devastating.
