I went into the store to purchase a complete set of riding gear. There were 3 employees standing behind the counter, none of whom felt it necessary to ask if we needed help, even after 10 minutes of us roaming around looking for items. The next day my husband called to get a quote on having his dirt bike engine rebuilt and he got a totally snotty ridiculous answer by the kid on the phone. As a result of their blatant lack of respect to their customers, they lost out on $2000 of our business and we will never be back. more
