Horrible Customer Service 4/11/2012

I went into the store to purchase a complete set of riding gear. There were 3 employees standing behind the counter, none of whom felt it necessary to ask if we needed help, even after 10 minutes of us roaming around looking for items. The next day my husband called to get a quote on having his dirt bike engine rebuilt and he got a totally snotty ridiculous answer by the kid on the phone. As a result of their blatant lack of respect to their customers, they lost out on $2000 of our business and we will never be back. more

Great people, great service! 7/8/2008

I blew a tire on the highway coming through town. It was 3pm on the Thursday before the 4th of July holiday. I was basically stranded. Called around and everyone's service department had at least a two week waiting list (including these guys), and were getting ready to shut down for the holiday.\r \r These guys made the time, got new shoes on my bike and got me back on the road. The service was friendly, personal and professional. I had a great time rapping with their sales and parts guys while I waited on my bike. Everyone was really friendly and relaxed.\r \r If you ride (or are thinking about starting) and want to do business with a place that will treat you like a person and not just another Visa card, don't miss this place.\r \r Thanks again RMCP! I'll definitely be back. Pros: Personal Service Cons: None that I saw more
