This service not only forgot to pickup a very sick patient 2x, but also has not shown up less than an hour late every time.
Many calls were made & every excuse in the book was given for the missed pickups or the lateness. They have lied on several occasions and told us they were on the way, when they actually hadn't even picked up the patient yet.
On a side note, this company was contracted out by Logisticare of NJ.
