On average our patients have had to wait 1.5 hours to be picked up from an appointment. We are constantly being lied to about where the transportation vehicle is & if they have picked up the patients or not. Either they are completely unorganized or they just don't care how long the patients have to wait. more

Hope you're not in a hurry! 4/11/2012

This service not only forgot to pickup a very sick patient 2x, but also has not shown up less than an hour late every time. Many calls were made & every excuse in the book was given for the missed pickups or the lateness. They have lied on several occasions and told us they were on the way, when they actually hadn't even picked up the patient yet. On a side note, this company was contracted out by Logisticare of NJ. more

Extremly clean vehicles 8/5/2008

I have been using To and Fro Transportation for the transportation of my mother going to her dialysis treatment facility. I'm very picky and was really happy with their transportation services. I never have to worry about her comfort or well being. I also used this company twice before for a tow since they have towing services, and used their limo services for my nephews prom. I just want to express my satisfaction with this company. They must detail the cars daily because they look top notch. No complaints so far.\r Thanks To and Fro..
