I have had the worst experience in dealing with Central Oregon Eye Care!!! My primary complaint would be no follow-up. \r I placed an order for glasses using my existing frames. I asked how long would it take and was told 8-10 business days! It took 18. Picked up glasses on Friday to discover Saturday, they were the wrong lenses. Returned them on Monday. They said they would rush the order so I could have them for vacation a week later. Vacation has come and gone and it has been nearly three weeks for a rush order. I phoned earlier this week and they said they would be here on Wednesday. It is Friday and I have heard nothing. I truly wish they would let me know the status.\r Subsequent to getting my glasses...they have been very helpful in correcting problems that I am experiencing. more
