Went in on 8 am. One gentlemen ahead of me. Ashley G talked on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited to tan. 2 other people came in after me. Finally myself and one other person had to leave to go to work. Ashley G. then informed me that the system was down. Would have been nice if she took a minute from her phone conversation to inform us of that before two of us wasted our time waiting. Seems like every time she works I wait. The rest of the staff seems competent but if Ashley G. is on duty prepare to wait. more
