Thursday morning and I boot my computer up and have a black screen!!! I managed to restore back 2 weeks but lost ALL MY DOCUMENTS!!!!! I near had a heart attack. I called Nerds to the Rescue and within an hour a tech named Charlie came to my house in and in no time flat, all my files were back!!!!! He took the time to explain what had happened and how to avoid future problems. He treated me with the utmost respect instead of somebody that does not understand all the insides of a computer. If you have a problem, you could not make a better choice than to call Nerds to the Rescue....you will not be sorry...you will be thrillled! Thank you guys!
