This company has horrible customer service and supervisors will not call you back. My son ran out essential medical supplies. I tried calling 3 different times. First call on-hold 45 minutes and told supervisors were in a meeting. Second call 35 minutes and was told an email was sent to a supervisor to call me back. No call ever received, so I called back after two hours of waiting. Thrid call 50 minutes, the customer service rep told me that all supervisors were in a meeting. Two hours later no call back. I am now filing a complaint with Texas Department of Health Human Services and Medicaid. Beware of this company if you value your loved one's health care becasue Medical Plus supplies will not care. They can't even return a phone call.
