AVOID ACE PARKING AT HORTON PLAZA AT ALL COSTS!!! FRAUDULENT SCAMMING ""parking"" charges advertised as: ""FREE 3 HOUR PARKING WITH VALIDATION"". As I attempted to exit with properly validated card, I was CHARGED $20 BECAUSE I ALLEGEDLY CHECKED IN BEFORE 9:30AM. I ACTUALLY CHECKED IN AT 9:32AM AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS THAT 9:30AM MADE ANY DIFFERENCE, ANYWAY! Parking attendant said if you are even 1 minute before 9:30AM check-in, you are charged $2.00 every 15 minutes, and the validation discounts 30 minutes, not 3 hours!! THERE ARE NO SIGNS TO THIS EFFECT, AND MY TICKET WAS STAMPED 9:32AM. The attendant kept the stamped ticket and DID NOT GIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY $20, OR FOR ANY PART OF THIS TRANSACTION!! ****(WHERE DID MY $20, WHICH IS UNTRACEABLE GO?)**** My experienced occurred at 4/21/12.
