This management company appears to only get worse as years pass on. They seem to have a hard time holding on to managers. All of my experiences with each of these managers has been negative with them either not resolving issues, not returning phone calls, or being extremely rude. The property I live in no longer has funds available in reserve and we are hit with special assessments regularly. With the high cost of the codo fees, a consumer would expect maintence and the grounds to be very well kept, which unfortuantley is not the case. Anyone looking for a management company should reconsider this business.
