As a condominium owner, I have been working with Kris and the folks at Alpine Property Management for many years. Kris has worked tirelessly with our Board of Trustees and our condo community to create a terrific living environment for us. From time to time, challenging issues come up and Kris and her colleagues have risen to these challenges -- for our benefit!!! Utterly Unprofessional!! Kris, a property manager there, is rude and unprofessional! She yells at her customers in a public board meeting in matters that is not related to building management nor in subjects that she is qualified to pass personal judgments! I would give negative stars if I could! This company has a relatively low review ratings across all the internet rating sites. I was so appalled at her behaviour that I had joined these sites to report on this; I have never done this before! more

I just want to thank the staff at Alpine. My manager is always very responsive but one day she was not there so I asked for back up and was transferred to the most pleasant person ever. She answered all my questions. Really made by day. They go above and beyond what is asked!!!!! more

We just had our owners meeting and I wanted to thank our property manager at Alpine for taking such good care of our complex. I have had a lot of interaction with my manger since I moved here 3 years ago and she has always been great with answering my questions and fixing things around here. It seems to me that the people who complain the most are those who don't follow the rules and don't listen to any of the information provided by the Board and the manager. I'm glad that I live somewhere where someone cares about the people who live here. more

Horrible Business Practices 4/5/2012

This management company appears to only get worse as years pass on. They seem to have a hard time holding on to managers. All of my experiences with each of these managers has been negative with them either not resolving issues, not returning phone calls, or being extremely rude. The property I live in no longer has funds available in reserve and we are hit with special assessments regularly. With the high cost of the codo fees, a consumer would expect maintence and the grounds to be very well kept, which unfortuantley is not the case. Anyone looking for a management company should reconsider this business. more

Really? Alpine is great... 11/2/2011

Alpine has managed the property that I live at for years. I've always found my manager to be helpful and responsive. Whenever I have an issue they do their best to solve it as quickly as possible. I don't know where the rest of these reviews are coming from, but I would recommend Alpine any day. more

Alpine Management and Brett Faye need to close shop! 9/9/2011

If I could put negative 5 stars, I would. Brett Faye is irresponsible, gets caught in lies when asked questions related to our condo management, does not respond to inquiries. This management company leaves our condo complex in such a mess it looks like we're living down by the river. Grass is grown to over 6"", there are potholes in the complex, the shrubbery is overgrown, and the list goes on. Our grass has literally been cut 2x between June and September. The shrubbery hasn't even been trimmed this year. You think Brett responds? Nope. more

BAD BAD BAD ! 8/5/2011

Let me start with the rating - there should be a negative 3 star. The owner of Alpine is not a pro except for passing on the B. S. The property manager in 02148 i have caught in lies ,providing wrong information, and withholding information . Other complexes that use this company should pay attention to what she says and think about changing companies. Phone calls very seldom get returned and when they do it is with attitude from the Manager . STAY AWAY more

Unprofessional and not worth hiring 6/26/2010

We live in condo managed by Alpine. This management company deserves to shut down or at least reconsider who they hire to work with condo associations. horrible 5/25/2006

I have lived in a complex that is managed by Alpine for the past two years. The condo fees are HIGH and the maintenance is terrible. For two years in a row, the snow plowing after storms has been terrible. After repeated calls to the manangement, it took on an average of four days for the lot to be cleared enough to drive -- still not a good job. Following the winter, there a huge pothole was created -- and it took over four months before they ""patched"" it -- and low and behold, it reappeared the following year. The side door latch was broken and it took over 6 weeks to fix it. The maintenance is slip-shod and it appears that no one in the company cares. I would love it if we got new managment! more
