They are consistently flexible and knowledgeable. I generally work with Paul and he's always very friendly and considerate of my time. Additionally, I often get on work calls when I'm in for service and he's aware of this and deftly lets me know when my car is finished without interrupting what I'm doing at the time. It's little details like that, which go a long way to making the experience very good.
