I had to give them one star because you cant give negative stars..I dont know who wrote the positive reviews.. but they must be friends of Steve's. First a guy comes to the house.. supposed to be whirlpool expert.. He cant even take out the freezer drawer. He ends up breaking the drawer and the bearings fall out. Then he calls someone and they tell him its the thermostat. He Leaves to get the part. Comes back put it in 4 seconds. 2 weeks later the fridge freezes up again.. call and call and get no reply! I call Sears and they send out a guy who says the problem is the Jazzy board and that the thermostat that was put in was for a different fridge. He tells me give Steve one more chance to fix what they did.. NO ANSWER!!! now its costing me twice as much to fix what was wrong plus what they did to it... Sears doesn't change any more then Steve did..GO WITH SEARS!!!!
