Great service! 2/16/2019

My refrigerator stopped cooling Saturday evening and I just bought groceries so I called several repair companies and they couldn’t come out til Monday or Tuesday but Steve Lang Appliance repair came out on a Sunday and fixed my refrigerator for only $149 and save most of my food. These guys are professional and on time. Thank you! more

I got ripped off by STEVE LANG APPLIANCE REPAIR 727 992 3933 12/15/2011

I wish I checked him out before he has an…… “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau.I had been scammed, Steve Lang came over and was very friendly and said he needed to replace a belt from washer..i pay him ,10 minuts later ..after his gone the washer started doing the same thing again . I tried calling him for several days and left many messages, he will not return my call more

Broken Refrigerator!!! Do Not Call!!!!!! 1/29/2011

Broken Refrigerator!!! Do Not Call!!!!!! My refrigerator broke called them on Monday 11/1/10. They came out promptly and supposedly repaired it. I paid over $200.00. It worked for most of the next day then by Wednesday started to get warmer. Called them again on Thursday, Steve said someone would call me Friday morning. No one called around noon I called Steve back. He gave me the techs number that was supposed to come. He was not answering his phone. By Friday afternoon Steve no longer answered his phone. Saturday around noon the tech called and said he could be out around 4 or 5 that afternoon. That time came and went and I tried to call but all I reached was his voice mail. I have a severely medically needy disabled child who has a lot of IV medications that need to be refrigerated. They are currently in all of my neighbors fridges. I even left him a message asking if he could call me and let me know if he wants to give me my money back and have me get a new fridge. Of course no call back. I have never been involved with such a terrible company, they are completely unreliable and not unprofessional. I have put my son’s health in danger by having sterile medications in other people’s refrigerators and have lost a lot of money on the food that I repurchased on Tuesday to replace the food that we previously lost. I am so sorry that I called this place! more

I got ripped off by STEVE LANG APPLIANCE REPAIR 727 992 3933 1/10/2011

DO NOT USE THIS CON ARTIST! Don’t be fooled by his free estimate no service charge gimmick! My refrigerator stopped cooling so I called him. Steve Lang came over and was very friendly and said he needed to replace the thermostat (misdiagnosed). He defrosted the freezer with his heat gun and said it was fixed and I paid him $189. It only worked for a few days and started doing the same thing not cooling. I tried calling him for several days and left many messages, he will not return my call! I had it repaired by a reputable appliance company and they said that I had been scammed…. all he basically did was defrosted the freezer with his heat gun so it would work for a few days and run with the money and caused all my food and medicine to go bad again. I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair this is a lot of money for me to lose. Check his reviews… he has done this before, I wish I had. Google his phone 727 992 3933 Steve Lang Appliance Repair and see what comes up. Do not use this guy or you will be sorry! more
