We had a few spots in high traffic areas and 1 significant stain from some over zealous plant watering which we'd tried unsuccessfully to remove. it'd been a couple years since we'd had them cleaned. I called DA Burns since we'd used them previousy and felt they did excellent work. I have to say I am AMAZED at the results! The carpets look brand new and feel new as well. I wouldn't call anyone else - these guys are experts in the field and do a great job.
