The carpet company come out and cleaned all my carpets.I had to do in two increments.The first tech was very good,my husband was not well,so he made sure to put a big fan in the bedroom so it would get dry before bedtime,was very considerate of my husband.the next tech who did my living room and couch was also very good.i would certainly recommend them to my friends.Keep up the good work. more

We'd recently had D. A. Burns clean our wall-to-wall carpet and wool rug. Ron, the carpet cleaning guy, was courteous and professional and made sure he was thorough. Our carpets look great. Their price was reasonable and well worth the higher cost of not renting a rug cleaner, just by ease of having someone come by and do it for you. It also yields better results. I'd read the other positive reviews on Judy's Book and I am in total agreement that D. A. Burns is a top quality service. I will recommend them to others. more

D.A. Burns is probably the best carpet cleaning business in the Seattle area. They are the go-to if you have an old, valued "oriental" rug. We hired DA Burns to clean our basement carpet after our dog contracted a urinary infection and well...you know what happened next. We were thoroughly impressed by DA Burns professionalism and friendly customer service. They initially came out for a free estimate and we hired them on the spot (no pun intended). Our carpets were a mess, too many cats and dogs leaving their fur and other stuff, on our floors. I remembered seeing D.A. Burns's sign board, on Leary, which has inspirational quotes written on it. That is what inspired me to call. A man named Dustin came out and did such a great job! He even cleaned the carpet in the hall outside our apartment. He didn't want us to track the dirt from out there into our home! He also spoke of how much he liked his boss and co-workers. I like that! I just received in the mail, from them, a free sample of a spot remover and a sheet explaining how to get certain stains out. I would highly recommend these folks! more

Without hesitation I will suggest DA Burns in Frelard. I took an antique rug there and they did the impossible...cat pee stain and odor removal. I would trust them with any textile. They have been around forever and the name keeps coming back for a reason. They are trusted and professional. I have been up sold product for home-care and it is true to the brand...great! AND I think they offer a 20% discount for cash! Plus: I love the great words of wisdom they put on the marquee above their store front. Not only do I get a little nugget of knowledge, DA Burns stays top of mind. more

Good service and quality. We have hired them before we moved in to our next house. They do a deep cleaning, so you need to wait a day to dry out. One of their representative came to our house and give us a quote for free. We are very happy with their job and we will ask them again next time. In the past, we have tried a chemical cleaning, but we did not satisfy with it. more

Okay, so carpet and rug cleaning isn't the most exciting thing one can spend one's hard-earned cash on. But I must say that I LOVE taking my rugs into DA Burns, just so I can be on the receiving end of what I consider to be some of the best customer service in town. They RUN around fetching rugs, measuring them, admiring them, wrapping them in plastic, loading them in the back of your car, etc. etc. It's really fun to watch. And the woman working the counter really knows her rugs and is hyper-efficient. You won't find yourself waiting around for someone to help you; they come to you. Oh yeah, they also do a beautiful job on the rugs and usually throw in a bottle of spot remover for free. You'll be given their standard 20% discount off listed rates if you drop off and pick up your rug instead of using their delivery service. more
