I was very happy with my experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My wife and I had a sticky situation to where nothing seemed to be going in the right direction and the people at the dealership was extremely nice and patient with us and with the amount of time it took to get the ""I""s dotted and the ""T""s crossed.
