Dropped of a stereo receiver, which they had for 6 months and did not fix anything. Never received one phone call about the repair. I called several times and was always told it was ""on the bench"", and ""it'll be ready in a day or two."" The quote to repair the component went up every time I called. When I asked about a refund for the $25 diagnostic fee, Bob asked if I was learning impaired. more
