HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AFTER THE SALE!!! Curt was great until the sale was complete, then everything went downhill. Delivery was rescheduled 3x, and only got a time for delivery after calling. They delivered the floor model after I paid full price for a new bunk bed and delivered the wrong mattress - much inferior to what I paid for, and, to top it off, when they delivered the bed it had someone else's invoice on it. Interestingly, they bought the bed a week after me and paid $120 less!!! Went back in to pick up items that weren't delivered and to have other items corrected. They pointed out that ""floor model"" was typed on their invoice. I pointed out that it wasn't on my copy - had been added after discovering they didn't have any in stock. Replace bed with a new one and correct mattress the next day - at 10pm (delivery time was 6pm-9pm). Two days later the slats supporting the mattresses broke - with only my 2 y/o and 6 y/o being on them - total of 75 lbs. Will not be going back...poor quality furniture, bad service after the sale, and playing bait-and-switch. BUYER BEWARE!!! more
